This blog is intentionally created to document important legislation that can be adopted by any courageous citizens to be put before their local legislature OR by direct citizens ballot initiative. The citizens initaitive process is the peoples method of putting legislation before the voters on the ballot, and empowering voters to become the lawmakers by a popular vote.
